The following review written by one of the Software Informer contributors applies to version 6.5
SyncBackPro is a backup and restore utility which provides you with many helpful functions and features. The program can back up your files from/to FTP servers, back up e-mails stored on POP3 and IMAP4 servers, and synchronize files between two locations.
The program can be easily used by inexpert users, though the set of advanced features it offers makes it suitable for advanced users too.

The program allows you to create as many backup and synchronization profiles as you may need, and you can run more than one simultaneously. Besides, SyncBackPro can produce incremental backups while keeping all versions of your previous backups, so that you can be sure that your critical information is totally safe. With SyncBackPro you can also schedule automatic backups and/or synchronization tasks, so that your information will always be secure without the need of further intervention on your side.

In fact, this backup utility comes in three editions ─ SyncBackPro, SyncBackSE, and SyncBackFree. However, SyncBackPro is the most comprehensive one and it includes a number of features that are not present in any of the other editions. To mention some, only SyncBackPro supports copying open or locked files, strong file encryption using 256-bit AES algorithm, backing up to CD/DVD/Blu-ray discs with automatic disc spanning, and the creation of self-extracting ZIP files. Moreover, SyncBackPro supports backing up files from/to various popular online storage services, such as Amazon S3, Google Drive, and Microsoft Azure.

In conclusion, SyncBackPro is a state-of-the-art backup and synchronization tool, which will surely satisfy the needs of even the most demanding users. Although this is the most expensive of all the editions, the quantity and quality of the features included makes it worth every cent.
